And we're walking…. Walk #4 – January 4, 2012. January 4, 2012. It’s a beautiful day today! The weather is so nice that I had to take my sweater off and carry it. I took a picture of a palm tree and pretty blue sky to share:. But then I came across this little gem:. That’s an inexplicable hot mess. A run a day. Except for the three we forgot. Run 315,314 and 313. The last three days. Summary, 316 and 315 were 10 minute runs. Today the weathers cleared up just enough and I did a nice 30 minute one. God it felt good. The reason for the lack of updates over the weekend was completely my own fault. I’d been sitting down, abotu to write, when I ended up in the pub with a friend and spent most of the day after recovering. On vaguely related news, I finnaly ordered some specific shoes for Zumba.

The 365 day Project. Tuesday, January 12, 2010. Yesterday was our first weigh in day, and I say bullshit. I've tried to eat healthy many times in the past but never stuck to it for more than a day or two, I get cravings and I give into them, this time was different. I stuck to this shit like white on rice, I ate what I was supposed to eat didn't snack on bad stuff, I even drank the required 8 cups of water a day and I hate water. The result? Thursday, January 7, 2010. 1 onion, chopped. 1 tbsp curry powder.
