Maple Dijon Pork Tenderloin – My Grand Central Kitchen
http://mygrandcentralkitchen.com/2009/04/29/maple-dijon-pork-tenderloin
My Grand Central Kitchen. Meal-planning yumminess since 2009! Maple Dijon Pork Tenderloin. The only variation I do on this recipe is that once I have seared the outside, I remove the pork from the pan and cut into medallions. I then return the medallions to the pan and finish cooking them in the sauce. They stay incredibly moist that way. 2 12- to 14-ounce pork tenderloins. 2 teaspoons crumbled dried sage leaves. 6 tablespoons pure maple syrup. 6 tablespoons apple cider vinegar. 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard.

because the best laid plans… – My Grand Central Kitchen
http://mygrandcentralkitchen.com/2013/09/18/because-the-best-laid-plans
My Grand Central Kitchen. Meal-planning yumminess since 2009! Because the best laid plans…. So, as I mentioned in the last meal planning post, over the summer I discovered a few really nice premade items that I’m stocking for emergencies. Emergencies being those situations that seem to come up where the plan just isn’t getting done that day, for whatever reason. I try to make our meals from scratch but there are times that it doesn’t work out. September 18, 2013. Menu Plan Monday: September 2013, Part 1.

Spaghetti and Meatballs – My Grand Central Kitchen
http://mygrandcentralkitchen.com/2009/05/13/spaghetti-and-meatballs
My Grand Central Kitchen. Meal-planning yumminess since 2009! I don’t sit and make a homemade sauce that often, because when I do, it’s an all day affair. I grew up in an Irish family, but we still have our own sauce recipe…and it’s sacred. It’s so good that my college ex-boyfriend begged for the recipe. I’ve shared it as part of a wedding shower gift. And now, I will share it with you. Sauce (no, not gravy, no matter now much my in laws insist). One onion, minced (I grate it but that is a variation).

My Grand Central Kitchen. Meal-planning yumminess since 2009! Skillet potatoes and kielbasa. I like kielbasa, but I seem to use it the same way over and over again. I’m kind of bored with it. This. Looked tasty to me because of the different mix of ingredients. I have tended to use kielbasa in a southwest kind of way, so this will be a nice change! 1 pound red potatoes, cubed. 3/4 pound smoked kielbasa. Polish sausage, cut into 1/4-inch slices. 1/2 cup chopped onion. 1 tablespoon olive oil. This was grea...
