August 21, 2015. Guilty as sin so some days I find it hard to pray. Can’t for the life of me understand what preachers say. I’m reminded of a story mother told me when I was young. Will the shepherd leave his 99 sheep behind just to save this one? They say prayer should come as a easy as a word. As simply as a thought brought into fact. A SONG OF SENTIMENTS. January 9, 2015. August 6, 2015. I’ve learnt to speak more of love than romance. More of the intimacies trust thrusts into your thoughts than the erection I give during a slow dance. It’s not love if I’ve never called you brother. A love song sounds to me like a prayer to God. Asking him to dust another’s feet off yesteryear’s prickly fragments so they move to exude divine greatness from their hands. Let my voice be your anthem. Over there, we speak in full.
