http://kate4148.blogspot.com/p/grammar.html
I will always remember. A small request to the writers of the world. Who do you have to sleep with to call yourself a grammarian? It's funny when I do it. The biggest dork in history. Well said, To Karani. A mistake the size of Kansas? Definition of dark horse. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Check it out: 366 Unstickers. New readers, click here. http://kate4148.blogspot.com/2011/02/well-see-i-guess.html
I will always remember. Wednesday, February 23, 2011. We'll see, I guess. On the radio they were talking about kids and weight and body image and eating habits and all the rest, and I couldn’t help but wonder: Why is it such a big deal? Am I really that naïve? I just can’t understand why it’s so hard. And I’m a picky eater! What I remember is much further down on the culture scale. It’s from an episode of. Remember when Jackie tells her mother that she’s pregnant? Hard when it’s my turn to take res...

(in progress): Anthropomorphism
http://kate4148.blogspot.com/p/anthropomorphism.html
I will always remember. Attribution of human motivation, characteristics, or behavior to inanimate objects, animals, or natural phenomena. That is to say, claiming a dog as jealous, saying a cat is pouting, referring to a horse as a drama queen . . . perhaps you are an anthropomorphist too? It's not such a bad thing to be! If you like that sort of thing, you may enjoy reading all the stories. Of my pets as well as parts 1 through 3 of "Fat and Happy is a Good Thing":. Direct quote from Blake. It's none o...

http://kate4148.blogspot.com/2011/01/day-3-of-treadmill.html
I will always remember. Wednesday, January 05, 2011. Day 3 of the treadmill. My husband and I have been wanting and wishing for a treadmill for about two years, and last week we finally broke down, picked one out, and- lo and behold- purchased it! Today is Day Three of our new world of working out in the comfort of our own home, and also the third day in a row of getting up before 6:00 AM. Without wanting to die. I would lke to thank Steve Pavlina (whoever the hell he is) and his. All I can say is: bravo.

I will always remember. Here they are, The Complete Works. Some of these have been done for a while, so I'm cheating a little bit by changing the date of this post. But this way no one gets left out. In chronological order, from how long I've had them. My first cat, 1984-1998. My after-college cat, named after the poet William Blake. My dog, named after the character Eliza Doolittle. My husband's dog, named after the author George Bernard Shaw. All of our pets have tag lines. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

I will always remember. Tuesday, December 07, 2010. I don't follow politics and didn't really know who she is before reading this, but I read this in a CNN article.
