In its purest form, after observing the presence of a thought, you're supposed to let it go. But being my analytical self, I couldn't help it; I just had to figure out what was up with my crazy monkey brain. December 12, 2010 at 1:00 AM. I love, love this post! Wednesday, June 23, 2010. We took a cooking class while in Normandy in a town called Cherborg. On the menu: chevre croutons (what we call crostini), quail braised in calvados and a strawberry tart. It's in this woman's house, who has the most amazing kitchen. We cooked on a wood burning stove/oven and we stayed on the property in a barn that she remodeled. June 25, 2010 at 1:49 AM.
