Monday, April 6, 2009. Piper my King Charles gave birth to 6 pups today three girls three boys. It was spring break for the kids so they just called me at work and told me she was in labor. Workin’ on my Fitness: ‘Supp Protein. So Tony asked me to keep a log of my progress and experiences with lifting. Tony’s my trainer. I’m a big fan. He’s a hard worker, lets me play with his bulldog, Stafford, and is always giving me “suggestions.” I figured out that if I don’t follow his “suggestions” I tend to stay unmuscley, so I decided to write the damn log.
