Monday, March 12, 2012. There are times in a parent's life when they watch their child do something that is mature beyond their years. It's humbling and beautiful and gives them a glimmer of hope that we are actually doing something right. There are also times when the same child acts like a complete immature baby and you shake your head wondering where you went wrong and when the rapture will occur so that we can all live in heavenly bliss forever and ever amen. But that's a topic for a different post.

In fact, I am going to go out on a limb and say that there may even be times that you don't act very delightful! Well, don't get too down on yourself. The bottom line is that we are all human. None of us do this thing called life perfectly. Why is it that we find it so easy to believe that God can forgive us of our sins, but we somehow forget that He delights in us!
