One was a guy beating an 90 year old woman with a walker in an ATM cubby, one was a thug beating a skinny lady bartender, and one was a guy beating another guy in a store. Um, ok. So, WHO IS WATCHING THESE FEEDS? It's so great that the police can id attackers after looking at the tapes, but wouldn't it be nice if they could actually PREVENT the beatings? Links to this post.
