We had it for the 2nd time on Sunday and I have to share it with EVERYONE. It is semi-healthy and so yummy! It is macadamia Nut Crusted Halibut. However, we used orange roughy fish because it is cheaper and just as good if you ask me! Here is what you need:. 2-4 fillets of Halibut or Orange Roughy. 1 can of coconut milk. 1 cup of macadamia nuts. 1 cup of Panko Bread crumbs.
