So far in 2015 we have competed in chess tournaments (Max) visited Boston for work in the snowpocalypse aftermath (Rachel), made pies for pi day (Jeff and Max), visited South Moutain, and had a birthday party for Max out on the farm. That was mostly for a sleepover, playing soccer (and watching the Champions League final). But they also visited with the goats and miniature donkeys. Fall and Winter 2010. It was supposed to be a 10 day trip to Vermont and rural New York (with one night in the Shenandoah valley on the way). It turned into 3 days in Burlington, a ferry ride across the lake, an ambulance back to Burlington and then some time in the hospital. After a couple of days in isolation in the University of VT Medical Center (which is great, by the way - thanks for everything! A quick trip to New York City to see some sights, eat some great food, and catch a Björk retrospective at MOMA.
