Saturday, September 19, 2009. A greuling day of papers and discussion we sat out front of our conference center. And relaxed with our host Fabio Santuci. As always he was gracious and funny and we expressed how much we enjoyed this conference. Carolyn. At 8:30 it was time for our closing banquet. We all gathered upstairs in the reception room and enjoyed our five course closing banquet. By the time we were finished it was after 11 pm and we were full and exhausted. Friday, September 18, 2009. Today we headed out into Italy to see Extension’s work and learn, learn, learn. Being a 4-H Agent of course this type of learning appeals to me and today was definitely not a disappointment. There were two tours. Cathy and I were on Tour B. While Dale and Carolyn were on tour A.
