40 Day Lean and Clean Challenge. 1/4 cup onions, minced. 1 Tbsp grapeseed oil. 2 pounds grassfed ground beef. 3/4 cup Mary’s Gone Crackers. 1/2 cup raw milk. 2 tsp onion powder. 1/2 tsp garlic powder. Preheat oven 400 degrees F. Grease baking sheet lightly with oil. Cook onions in small skillet with grapeseed oil. Mix other ingredients in bowl, then add onions add onions. Roll into 2 inch balls, then spread out on baking sheet. Bake for 12 minutes. Come workout with Jenifer. 8:30am Barre and Beyond.

Organic Lemon Ginger Scones. 2 cups of almond flour. 1 tsp of baking soda. 1/4 tsp of sea salt. 2 Tbsp of lemon zest. 1 Tbsp of fresh, grated ginger. 1 free range egg. 2 Tbsp of raw honey. Preheat your oven to 375°F. Blend the almond flour, salt, and baking soda together, and then add the lemon zest, ginger, egg, and honey. Roll batter into a ball and place it on parchment paper. Flatten the ball of dough into a large circle and slice the dough into triangular pieces.

40 Day Lean and Clean Challenge. 6-7 large organic sweet potatoes or yams. 1 can organic unsweetened pineapple drained of juice. 2 TB organic coconut oil. Spices: cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves (I use alot). 1 heat oven to 375. 2 clean potatoes and poke holes with a fork. 3 bake 30-40 min or until tender. 4 after cooling, remove skins (optional) and put in large bowl. 5 blend potatoes, spices and coconut oil together. 6 stir in pineapple and put mixture in a baking dish with cover. Dash of sea salt. 1 slice of organic tomato. 1 slice of organic red onion. 1 leaf from organic Romaine lettuce. 2 slices of organic, grass fed cheese. Slice all veggies for burger. 8:30am Barre and Beyond.

40 Day Lean and Clean Challenge. 6-7 bags of Green Tea. 2 Tbsp Grapeseed Oil. 1 Red Onion, chopped. 4 garlic cloves, chopped finely. 1 cup chopped celery (about 2 sticks). 1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped. 2 chicken breasts, chopped into medium sized pieces. 2 tsp Sea Salt. 2 tsp Black Pepper. Bring 2 quarts of water to a boil, then turn off the heat and add tea bags. Allow to steep for 10 minutes, then remove tea bags. With about 20 minutes remaining, add the remaining ingredients. Pumpkin Pie Protein Shake. 1⁄2 cup coconut milk. 1/2 cup canned pumpkin. 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 3/4 scoop of Garden of Life Raw Vanilla Protein Powder. 1⁄4 c cold water. Approx 3/4 c crushed ice cubes or 8-10 ice cubes. Blend all ingredients in a blender – add more liquid, spices or ice to your desired taste and consistency. Your once a year treat! 8 oz Organic Cream Cheese (full fat). 3/4 cup Organic brown sugar. 1/4 cup Organic cane sugar. You will also need:. Organic Granny Green Apples. Heath Bar Toffee Crunch Bits.
