PHMSA has posted the final rule establishing a new Part 196 PROTECTION OF UNDERGROUND PIPELINES FROM EXCAVATION ACTIVITY and amending Part 198 REGULATIONS FOR GRANTS TO AID STATE PIPELINE SAFETY PROGRAM.
