Friday, September 2, 2011. Ouch, I think my freakin' shoulders fell off! My shoulders are hurting while I type. Crossfit Sarasota WOD today was:. So, yeah.my shoulders were already fried from other stuff this week, so I couldn't to HSPU's today unless I stacked up like 10 abmats under my head. So, I substituted a strict press instead with 15's. I used 53 for my Thrusters. Time was 13:28. I will have to try this again when I find and reattach my shoulders and can do HSPUs.
