Monday, June 30, 2014. This made me kinda sad, families meeting at the border to talk to each other through the fence. Graduated - sign me up! Thursday, June 19, 2014. We went to the San Diego County Fair. one of my favorite places to go each year. We go after I get off work at 2 pm on a day when Chris is off. Most people are at work or school, so it's not too crowded! My favorite - Aussie Chips which are battered fried potatoes with ranch and cheese! We ARE getting older! See you again next year, fair!

Monday, August 26, 2013. On hot days we like to head down to Mission Bay for some paddle boarding and kayaking. Friday, April 1, 2011. My Unglorious Return Chocolate Pie. Since I'm back, I thought I should have something awesome to share. And I do. I requires a little work from you or your personal chef, but here it is: my recipe for Fantastic Chocolate Pie. Yep, named it myself. It's almost like a no-bake chocolate cheesecake french silk pie. You could serve it with another layer of whipped cream on top and some raspberry sauce if you think you need some more calories. That sounds good. Or use a ready made crust).
