Wednesday, July 3, 2013. So much for posting once a week. Lots of changes in past few months. Started working 5 days a week instead of 3. Blah! About mid May I started a using an app called My Fitness Pal. I've lost 9 pounds by keeping track of exercising and not exceeding 1500 (net) calories. That's 19 pounds since last February. Thursday, September 26, 2013. I waited another week, to try again. And on 9/20/13 I found the baby's heartbeat right away, ALL BY MYSELF. And I made a recording. I sent it to Justin's cell phone and told him to play it for the kids, because let's face it, I knew they were still awake at 10:30pm!
