We are in a beautiful, newly remodeled space in Coloma, Michigan in the Hometown Flowers Building. We have a bright, large work out area and a beautiful classroom with mirrors and laminate wood floor for our Pilates and Zumba Classes. Also added is a Massage room and an Indoor tanning room. We have 8 weight lifting machines which target arms, legs, chest and back and 8 reformer boxes for the cardio part of your workout. St, #B, Coloma.

St, #B, Coloma. We offer a variety of classes which change from time to time so check back often for information about new classes that will be starting soon. Improve your flexibility, stamina, circulation, and coordination through Pilates. Pilates supports whole-body functioning as well strength and endurance.Classes begin the first Tuesday of each month and meet Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 9:30 with instructor Michele West. Pricing is based on the number of Tuesdays and Thursdays in the month.
