星期一, 1月 15, 2007. 我感覺北京人是注重吃的，特別是晚餐，甚至宵夜。晚餐開始喝酒，這是第一個我在北京養成的，壞習慣吧，卻為這兒吃，增添談話的興致。當然，曾經有過一個人吃晚飯也喝酒的，但那樣的機會實在太少。我說，在北京，那種「過午不食」減肥法是不可能實行的，連八點以後不進食也絕無可能。大夥一天就等這個機會交流一下，其中經常是為了公事，但工作絕對是生活極重要的一部份，黑夜是難以和白天分割的。再者，許多朋友間，太多的圈子，其中有些還沒有纏繞，於是久了也許三五個月一聚，親近些的，三五週一餐，還有較不熟或根本專程前去認識的，加起來也很多。大夥兒聊聊天問問近況什麼的，青海怎麼...這平均一餐，不說路上兩塊錢一包的涼麵或臭豆腐，也不提大師菲力普史巴克設計的「蘭」一餐得要到五百，一個人大約十到一百元之間，選擇可算多的了。十個烤羊肉串，八串雞脆骨，外加兩串烤饅頭，一套十元。若到小店裡點個主食，例如白菜肉絲湯麵或炸醬麵帶湯加盤涼拌土豆ʌ...來到北京，多少改變了我們的飲食生活習慣。久了，一經確認住處，抽空在小區四周蹓躂一圈，收集外送...Links to this post. 才五十天大，...
