Monday, July 26. Will Bike for Food: Fort Tilden (minus the food). My all time favorite ride in NY (so far) has always been to Fort Tilden. Theres a sense of accomplishment getting to the beach and plopping on the sand after an hour plus long ride. Directions: So basically from Brooklyn, you just take Ocean Parkway Av straight down to Brighton Beach. You make a left on Neptune Av, and theres an opening RIGHT BEFORE the Shore Parkway! Do Not Ride On the Highway! You'll also ride pass Floyd Bennett Field.
