2014 '52 in 52'. Monday, March 31, 2014. March 2014 NewFo Project. Another month came and went and another quilt got started! I *think* I'm starting to enjoy quilting, maybe, just a little:) This challenge is hosted by Barbara over at Cat Patches. And is a lot of fun. These sunflowers are gaining height, stem diameter and loads of foliage. A few of them have reached the point where they are setting flowers; the shorter breeds will likely have blooms before the ten-footers appear. Photos taken May 6th:. Later in May-21st or so. The 2nd pattern we test drove at the Studio 180 Design Certified Instructor's Retreat was Deb's Tucker's Northern Neighbors. This is another pattern she plans on having out in a few months.
