Wednesday, December 31, 2014. For me it was a bit up and down but nothing majorly bad and I have a lot to be thankful for. I know I will be leaving 2014 tired, slightly sick and with no celebration but I guess its easier for things to get better from there. It's 9pm and I am debating whether to stay up or just go to bed at 11pm like usual, I am knackered. its been quite the day with a sick child and I feel so run down and tired myself so most likely I'll miss the crossover. Yesterday was Steve's cousin's wedding and Tracy asked me to be the photographer, I was honored and I got Jana to come too so we could cover everything and we even got paid a little. It was a nice casual wedding, it had snowed the night before which is amazing to look at but causes all kinds of problems. Sunday, May 31, 2015. Photoshoot done, Picnic done. Abi lost in thought in a fire truck. And I am sooo done! In the back of a police car, let's hope she doesn't do that often. I got everything ready and Abi woke up, I had to wake Steve and he said he still needed a shower, then Abi told me she peed the bed, so I had to sort that out and I still had to feed Karma. I tried to make noodles, my Uncle's style but it went all chalky and clumpy so I declared inedible although the husband ate a bit and so did Abi, I made rice instead which was slightly undercooked and the curry I made. well it just didn't taste the best. Saturday, May 16, 2015. Boat day with my cousins. Pigging out on the boat. It was pretty casual, just a few hours out on the boat in the afternoon, we went local and saw a peregrine falcon, eagles, herons and seals which was a good start and it was warm but cloudy day. While we fished the girls all ate our snacks of popcorn, cookies, crisps, blueberries and seaweed. yes seaweed Abi's latest favourite snack. Playing with some weird app Dannii had. With the toddler going to bed later, only taking one hour naps and waking up earlier as well as the husband working later and going away a bit in the next few weeks I am finding less time for myself. I have had to do a lot of work emails while Abi is around but right now she is demanding 100% of my attention and is pretty angry. She just woke up from nap. Mum I want some milk. Thursday, April 30, 2015. How did our anniversary go? Greek dinner was delicious, Abi ate lots of veggies and I gave her a B- for behaviour, the minimum requirement for an Ikea cinnamon bun. We did jump on mattresses at Ikea it was fun for a bit but husband got bored quickly and said he was tired.
