Our foodie views of St. Augustine area restaurants. 8 ounces all-purpose flour. 2 ounces red pepper. 2 ounces green pepper. 2 ounces yellow pepper, finely diced. 2 ounces red onion, finely diced. 2 ounces cilantro, leaves chopped. 1 teaspoon chopped garlic. 1 pound conch meat, diced small. On Week 7 we decided to head to downtown Jacksonville to “The Landing”, a nice complex of shops and restaurants located on the banks of the St Johns river.
