Monday, April 4, 2011. I SAID I WOULD DO IT and I DID . I AM PLEASED TO REPORT and UPDATE THAT. I HAVE REACHED GOAL NUMBER 1 -. TODAY I WEIGH 167lb (75kg). Have lost roguhly 40 LB since I began! No longer 1/3rd of ME to LOSE - OH YES = Praise JESUS -. It was hard work - IT was TOUGH - But i didn't GIVE UP and I made IT! It was worth it though - Absolutely worth it . WELL THAT DIDN't HAPPEN - Instead - Life kinda happened and things kinda fled one thing to the next and i had less time to work out and lost...
