WHAT UTILITIES ARE MEMBERS RESPONSIBLE FOR? All members pay for their own water and sewage, which will be billed to them by Guardian Water and Power. Water and sewage payments must be added to monthly rent. All members also pay for their own electricity and gas. Members must contact AEP (American Electric Power) and Columbia Gas to establish accounts. Electric and gas bill payments are made directly to AEP and Columbia Gas.
