Wednesday, May 14, 2008. It's done. it looks so good and smells great too. Mom is happy her garden is. Planted. we had a fun day, it's time for Ana Maria to go back home. DO YOU HAVE TO GO HOME? TALK TO THE HAND! Today when we were eating lunch, we started doing the "talk to the hand thing" and I guess it stuck. A while ago, we were together and Ana Maria was telling the girls (Tamara and Danielle) some of the things Mom (Nani) was struggling with, mom was following the conversation and the girls looked at her feeling sad that she had to go through the yucky problems. she looked at them, smile and said IT'S FUN! Sunday, January 25, 2009. Out with the old. This past week we completed a little project of updating our kitchen. We had a light box in the kitchen that was nice but just a little out dated. Our neighbor is an electrician and he offered to help us install some can lights and pendant lights. I added to the update with some new curtains that I made. Friday, September 18, 2009. Ed turned 50 on the 13th. We had a surprise birthday dinner at the Cheese Cake Factory a couple of days before with his Dad and brothers and sisters. It was so fun to get together and to celebrate Ed's birthday. On his actual birthday we also had a little surprise celebration at the house with some family and friends. You had some yummy cakes.and Cassidy thinks you are So awesome because you have cool cars and a neato movie theatre.she thinks you are famous :). Jay Rach Josh Ty.

Friday, February 13, 2009. It's tomorrow. 61 years together! So last night we celebrated while Ana Maria was still here. Here's Mom and Dad holding the tulips from Danielle and Brandon. Thursday, May 26, 2011. On a recent family trip to visit some of the Church historic sites, we visited Kirtland Ohio and the Visitor Center there. In the Family Living Center they had many workshops where Missionaries demonstrated how the early people of Nauvoo made candles, carded wool, braided rugs, baked bread, made rope and bent horse shoes. Monday, October 25, 2010. Paul's parents surprised me on Mother's Day- with an awesome gift.A week at the beach! We dropped Paul IV off at Grandma's and headed south of the border. Sunday, September 13, 2009. Big Bumps and Peanut Butter Spoons. So, I only blog about my son, and I'm ok with that. He's what makes life interesting anyway! Speaking of prayers, one quick story- Paul loves "big bumps." We walk to work and on the way we go over 3 speed bumps and it makes Paul so happy. Every night when we pray, he reminds us to thank Heavenly Father for "big bumps." Just wait until I get that kid to Cedar Point. . . You sure have a cutie there, he sounds really sweet too.
