Family, isn't it about time. Wednesday, April 14, 2010. Bear River Lodge Family Reunion. Bear River Lodge up at Bear Lake is having a special on their cabin rentals right now. I called and got the details and here they are. The special is buy one night get each additional night 1/2 off. Week nights are $800 a night per cabin, and weekends are $900 a night. A Family Recipe Collection. Thursday, January 28, 2010. Grill Roasted Veggies with Pine Nut Pesto. These are the veggies I always bring to Christmas and Thanksgiving. They are to die for! 1 lb carrots cut into 1 inch pieces. 1 lb parsnips cut into 1 inch pieces. 1 lb brussel sprouts halved lengthwise. 1 25 lb butternut squash seeded and cut into .5 inch pieces. Toss veggies with .25 cup of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Roast @ 425 for 50 minutes stirring halfway. 25 cup olive oil.
