That was all I needed to hear. The thought of being with all my siblings, nieces and nephews (on my side of the family).I knew we had to be there! It doesn't happen often enough! It would also be extra special for Mom to have all of her kids and grand kids together for her birthday! I am SO thankful for these people!

Monday, February 25, 2013. You know that feeling when you are hoping for a snow day and it doesn't happen? Wellthree of us had that very feeling last Thursday. We weren't expecting a lot of snow, but we have learned that, in Oklahoma, it doesn't take much to cancel school. I checked and double checked the school listings before waking Ben. I was so disappointed! I was really looking forward to a day at home to play games with the kids. They were already at school! I love the look of the ice on everything.

It was a LONG time period and Daddy was literally starving. He shed over 40 pounds during the time frame. Sunday, October 7, 2012. A Wedding and a Memorial Service. Jeff had the honor of officiating the wedding for Lauren and Ryan! It was a beautiful ceremony in Dallas and Jeff did a great job! It was SO nice for us to get away just the two of us and enjoy each other after a long fall! And catching up with some old "youth" too! Monday, November 26, 2012. Chelsea came home and we got to see her before she went back to Stillwater! We took her to lunch in exchange for helping put up Christmas! Setting up the tree! Always fun to have so many helpers! Tree is all up and decorated! Kids hung most ornaments! I think I set up a total of 7 Nativities.love them! The kids love theirs to play with. Although they aren't suppose to play with mine up top, I always found it rearranged differently every time I walked by. First time to do this!
