We used chips, lettuce, taco meat, cheddar and mozzarella cheese, chili beans, and sour cream. :) I also added salsa on top after I took my photo. We used our fine china as you can see. ;). My Favorite Cornbread Recipe.from http:/ prairiebluestem.blogspot.com/. 1-1/2 cups corn meal. 2/3 cup sugar (She uses Splenda). 2 tablespoons baking powder. 2 eggs (I always put 3). 1/4 cup canola oil. Spoon into two 8x8" baking pans. Bake about 20 minutes at 350°. Or bake in a 9x13" pan for 25-30 minutes or until bread tests done. I have made this so many times! Our Life in Wales.
