The Cain Family: July 2008
http://raisingcainintx.blogspot.com/2008_07_01_archive.html
Sunday, July 20, 2008. Some snapshots of life in the Cain household. We've been spoiled by all of our visitors since moving. We've had non-stop company and it has been a lot of fun. My brother came to visit 4th of July Weekend. He, Brad, my dad and Brad's friend played in a golf tournament here in our neighborhood. He took Caleb back to North Carolina with him for a week which was a nice break for us! Posted by Brad, Leslie, Caleb and Jacob. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Brad, Leslie, Caleb and Jacob.

The Cain Family: December 2007
http://raisingcainintx.blogspot.com/2007_12_01_archive.html
Monday, December 10, 2007. This is our "team" at Northwood with all the kiddos. Yes we are big, but are as close as family. I am so thankful for this group of friends! We truly have a rare group dynamic. One of our team members, Jennifer Hunt, is a far better writer than me and expressed it perfectly on her blog. Below are her words and all of our same thoughts:. We had 35 of our closest friends over to our house this afternoon for lunch! Posted by Brad, Leslie, Caleb and Jacob. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Friday, September 05, 2008. Update from East Texas. I can't believe it has been only three months since we have been in East Texas; it seems like a lifetime. So much has changed! Brad is working a new job, which is going very well. He was number one in his district last month, which was only his second month there - confirmation he made the right move taking the position! I am officially a member, and it is quite fun. Brad is the assistant coach of our little Yellow Jackets. The best thing is that we're ...

The Cain Family: June 2008
http://raisingcainintx.blogspot.com/2008_06_01_archive.html
Sunday, June 29, 2008. Baby Jake will be 4 weeks old tomorrow. Posted by Brad, Leslie, Caleb and Jacob. This past week, my friend again went above and beyond the call of friendship to serve me. We have been through a complete whirlwind of change recently, moving to East Texas, having a baby and Brad starting a new job. Brad had to fly to Ohio for a week for training and Heather offered to come stay with me. Thank you Heather, for so many undeserved gifts of service and for a fun week.

meet us in the middle: August 2009
http://meetusinthemiddle.blogspot.com/2009_08_01_archive.html
Meet us in the middle. The bryans - living at the equator. Wednesday, August 26, 2009. Baptisms at the Beach. We went to the beach with Casa Gabriel and Jordan and Jefferson were baptized in the ocean. Jordan, we are so proud of you that you want the world to know that you love Jesus with all of your heart. For your baptism, you shared with all of us your favorite verse - Joshua 1:9 "Have I not commanded you? Getting ready for their baptisms. Out to the Pacific Ocean. Rejoicing after the baptisms! I love...

Friday, October 17, 2008. Interesting things that I have observed/learned since living in East Texas. 1 Apparently a child's ride-on Barbie Jeep makes an excellent planter in your front yard. Yep, you read correctly - massive plants growing right out of a pink Barbie Jeep in someone's yard. (I will try to take a picture of this and post it. It is quite remarkable.). Don't you hate it when that happens? 3 Shirtless banking is all the rage. 4 Overalls are the new black. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Wednesday, August 20, 2008. I am NOT a morning person! Anyone who really knows me, knows this fact. If you have been my roommate at one time or another, you are really chuckling right now with some very vivid memories of "the face" as I passed you in the hallway - that facial expression of mine that says "do not even talk to me until at least 8 am. I know many of you get up at 5 daily, but this is me we're talking about here. Oh, and did I mention the baby still wakes up at 1 or 2 am most nights? Tuesday...

Karen's Kraziness: December 2009
http://karenkraziness.blogspot.com/2009_12_01_archive.html
Thursday, December 31, 2009. These are the outfits that my three will be wearing to Heather's wedding. I would show you a picture of Lauren in her dress, but I am not allowed to take pictures until the wedding. This was the best I could do. But just imagine how cute she will be! I am having a hard time with how grown up they are. They are really turning out to be fantastic kids. Tuesday, December 29, 2009. Yes, it does snow in Texas! This was Christmas Eve in Texas! Wednesday, December 9, 2009. Right now...
