Training sessions are held on Monday and Wednesday evenings. Warmup begins at 5:30pm with the interval session beginning at 6:00pm. Training sessions last approximately one and a half to two hours. Training location depends on the time of year. We are currently training indoors at the WSU Nutter Center McLyn gym.
