Saturday, March 31, 2012. Mix the dry ingredients and set aside:. 5 1/2 C Oatmeal. 1 C Wheat Germ. 1/2 C Sunflower seeds. In a pan combine the following and heat on the stove:. 1/2 C veg oil. 1/2 C brown sugar. When it starts to boil take it off heat and add:. Mix wet ingredients with dry ingredients. Friday, September 9, 2011. Slow Cooker Peach Crisp. 4-5 large peaches, peeled and sliced-or 3 cans (15oz.) peaches. 2/3 c brown sugar. Vanilla ice cream (optional). Slice peaches into thick slices. Add sliced peaches (or drained canned peaches) to the bottom of the slow cooker. Combine oats, flour, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a medium bowl. Cut in softened butter until mixture is crumbly. Wednesday, March 30, 2011. 5 Minute Nutella Mug Cake. 1 tsp of baking powder. 3 Tbls cocoa powder. 3 Tbls vegetable oil. Combine all ingredients in a large coffee mug. Whisk with a fork until smooth. Tuesday, July 24, 2012. Pressure Cooker Arroz con Leche (Perfected). Add to metal bowl smaller than pressure cooker and cover with foil. Place bowl in pressure cooker on a grill so it's not touching the bottom of the pot. Put 1 1/2 cup water in the bottom of the pot. Cook under pressure for 10 minutes. Cool immediately (under cold water). 2 cups milk (I use whole milk). 1 can sweetened condensed milk. Thursday, July 19, 2012. Frozen White Chocolate Yogurt Pretzels. 175 Calories 22 Carbs 15g Protein 3g Fat. 1 Serving Reduced Fat Snyders Pretzels. 3/4 Box Sugar Free/ Fat Free White Chocolate Pudding Mix. 1/2 Cup Plain Fat Free Chobani Yogurt. In a mixing bowl combine yogurt and pudding mix. Place in freezer for 5 minutes to get thick. Remove from freezer and dip pretzels in,. Smooth with a spatula. Place pretzels in freezer for 35 minutes. 2 cups white sugar.

Sunday, January 29, 2012. Easy Baked Egg Rolls. I was feeling ambitious this week and made some egg rolls to go with the Orange Chicken. They were SO SO SO much easier than I thought they'd be! 1 lb ground pork. 2-4 oz bean sprouts, finely chopped. 1/2 c shredded carrots*. 2 c cabbage, finely chopped*. Note: You can get a bag of shredded carrot and cabbage slaw and just use that. You don't even need the bean sprouts if you really don't want them. 2 Tbs oyster sauce. 1 package egg roll wrappers.

Together to come up with this one. 189; tsp. salt. 1 small egg white, beaten. 2 tsp peanut oil. 1 Tbs Sherry wine. 2 chicken breasts, diced. Let chicken marinade for about 30 minutes in the fridge.
