Sam I Am: I miss you Nici!
http://samanthakillgore.blogspot.com/2009/01/i-miss-you-nici.html
Wednesday, January 28, 2009. I miss you Nici! Every now and again I think I see her. I almost get as far as reaching out and saying her name before reality comes crushing back. Nici is gone, and I miss her terribly. I still have her number programmed in my phone. I am not ready to say goodbye. None the less, Nici is gone and I miss her. She was a remarkable soul with a smile that would warm your heart. No one who met her could forget her. I certainly wont. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

http://samanthakillgore.blogspot.com/2008_08_01_archive.html
Tuesday, August 26, 2008. Long, lost cousin. It has been way too long since I have seen these guys! Jo, Dale and Matt were in town and I had to take advantage of the opportunity to see them. I haven't seen my long, lost cousin Matt in nearly 15 years! It was really cool catching up and finding out how much we have in common. Family is really cool like that. You can go ages without seeing each other and find out that you lead very similar lives. Matt, congrats on finishing your Masters! We drove out Frida...

On November 15th, Andrew and I joined thousands of Seattle-ites to march in opposition of Prop 8. Here are a few images that stick with me. it is mainly peoples words that caught my eye. Sam I Am: White Christmas.... in Seattle?
http://samanthakillgore.blogspot.com/2008/12/white-christmas-in-seattle.html
Friday, December 26, 2008. White Christmas. in Seattle? This was a week before Christmas. The best part of this photo is that I took it because I was impressed by the amount of snow and how icey it was. Little did I know, it was about to get a lot worse (or better as far as I am concerned )! This has been an exciting winter for Seattle. Hooray for urban snow! Jason and at our local dog-run-around-like-crazy zone. The comfort of Mom and Dad's house on Christmas morning. A White Christmas in Seattle! After...

http://samanthakillgore.blogspot.com/2008/12/mayos-big-day.html
Monday, December 8, 2008. These Mayo's sure seem to have a lot of birthdays. Now that we made it safely through Shannon's birthday, it was time to celebrate Dave. Yup, it was his, what year was it, oh yeah, 12th birthday. Nobody over 12 would have a birthday party at a bowling alley, right? Get a bunch of adults, some beers that are shaped like bowling pins and . balls. and that's where the story begins:. Here is the birthday boy. I can't think of an explanation for this dance that he is doing. Rickie, I...
