Fadden Outlaw: Day Seven
http://faddenoutlaw.blogspot.com/2008/01/day-seven.html
Friday, January 11, 2008. Well, today will be Jimmie last day in the NW until middle of Febuary to finish up on this car, then drive cross country. We worked on the front suspension and many mishaps, ugh! What a long day but were able to get a lot done. We needed to heat the hubs up in the oven to remove the old bearing ring. And check out those custom made strut towers, very cool. Jimmie is glad to leave for a while, the rain is starting to get to him, The Moss Man;-). Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Wednesday, March 26, 2008. That's what I'm talking about;-). Loaded up and good to go. Some great machinery on the transporter. Riding in style. A project like this is difficult. Enough by it self, but trying to pull it off from opposite corners of the country is mind boggling. I couldn't have gotten this far with out some real special Guys and Gals, that thought this was the way to go, and helped me all the way. first Greg and Karen Fishel. A Moody Color Day. Keep in touch and keep up the bloggen.

Thursday, January 3, 2008. We got the car to my house today in the pouring rain, UGH! Got most of the new parts organized and starting on some undercoating touch ups. Jimmie is going with a cool painted dash. Had to put the new gauges in to see how it would look. Also had to see how the color would play with the Minilites. Bitchin! Out of the paint booth. And on it's way to Gregg's house to start the assembly. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Drummer and harmonica player for the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band.

Fadden Outlaw: Back at it
http://faddenoutlaw.blogspot.com/2008/06/back-at-it.html
Saturday, June 14, 2008. Well after some time away I have some shots of the progress. The. Car is now at Zippers shop in grand Junction Colorado. It's such a luxury. To have so much space, great resources, and good sound advice. Darrell is an extreme. Fabricator, and when faced with something missing or broken, always says, well, let's just make one. I spent about 10 days last month working every day 9 -9, and although I don't think it shows, I did get a lot done, so many small jobs to do.
