Breech replaces astral walk for Angels, Demons. Fly home replaces word of recall for Angels, Demons and Vampires. Kick skill set to level 10 for all classes that have it. Parry skill set to level 3. Dodge skill all set to level 2. New angel skill ethereal body. Ethreal body also acts like passdoor. Added maxmove, minmove to setclass function. Reworking hp min and max for all classes in attempt to balance gains. New skill rake added for angels. New skill flyby added for angels. Fixed a bug with fade skill.
