Sunday, January 27, 2013. We celebrated Christmas over at Meema's house the Saturday before since Uncle Brandon, Aunt Renee kids were headed to Virginia for Christmas. As always, it was great to spend time during the holidays with family, and the kids had a grand ol' time playing with their new toys! Tuesday, August 31, 2010. 2 More "Firsts" for Sweet Pea. They both happened just this evening. 1) Sweet Pea's 1st "When I grow up." tirade:. When I grow up, I'm going to eat all the snacks I want! Said after we told her that she wouldn't be getting any snacks on her way home from daycare anymore if she continues to refuse to eat dinner. 2) Sweet Pea's 1st "There's something under my bed! Saturday, January 26, 2013. Okay, I realize I kinda fell off the wagon again. Sorry for the lack of posts after that promising bunch of posts from back in November. Things started getting busy around Thanksgiving and just didn't slow down until after New Year's! So here's a fun activity I did with the girls back on November 25th. Thank goodness for photos showing the date they were taken! Then, we took it out and had a great big soap cloud! Now time to paint the clouds! My girls LOVE to paint.

The tradition continues with us going to the annual kite festival held at Zilker Park every year. Aunt Jen and cousins Jacob, Andrew and Lauren Tina, Stevie and Kobe joined us. Monday, November 19, 2012. Trip to Houston (a current post - FINALLY! So we made the trip to Houston last weekend. We headed out after the girls' swim lessons. By the time we got there and got all settled in at the hotel, it was about 5pm, so that ruled out us going to the Children's Museum or the zoo. Instead we made our way to the Galleria Mall.
