Sunday, November 6, 2011. Halloween.this holiday wears me out! After grandma parties, the trunk-or-treat, wearing costumes to dance, school parties, neighborhood parties, and the actual trick-or-treating, I have to admit that I was ready for it to be over this year. I actually took down all my decorations while waiting for trick-or-treaters. I know, I am a Halloween scrooge! My kids loved every minute of it though. Not to mention that we got more than our money's worth out of their costumes!

Sunday, October 23, 2011. We had to say goodbye to some of our closest friends and neighbors. The Mansells moved to Dallas, Texas in June. We were so sad to see them go. Especially Will.he played with Mason for hours everyday. While we will miss them everyday, we are excited for them to start this new adventure. Thanks for all of the great memories, Kev and Sarah. Dildine Family of Eight. Saturday, December 31, 2011. A Walk in the Park. Every year on the first Sunday in October we join all of the Dildines for a Sunday night walk in Kathryn Albertson Park. We had such a mild Fall this year that the leaves had not even started to change colors. It was nice to be with family on such a beautiful evening. This year we bought BSU football season tickets (at the very top of the stadium). The gang heading into the stadium on a beautiful Saturday afternoon in September.

Dildine Family of Eight. Monday, July 23, 2012. Kiley's dance company started their competition season in February. We spent a great weekend in Seattle for the first competition. I love going to the competitions. It is fun to watch talented dancers and spend time with my girl. Check out those eyelashes. Snow was late coming this year. It was January before anything really good stuck. The girls had to get out quick and enjoy it. Saturday, July 21, 2012. I won this carved Nativity Scene from a raffle.

After months of after school and Saturday practices, we were able to watch Paige in Eagle Elementary's production of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. She played Mrs. Teavee. Dildine Family of Eight. Friday, May 18, 2012. We spent Thanksgiving Day riding the roller coasters at Magic Mountain. The little kids were good sports. There wasn't as much for them there as there is at Disneyland. The four oldest people had a blast on some thrilling rides. We ate our Thanksgiving dinner that night at Maggiano's. Happy Birthday to Me! 34 I am old! Boy did I get spoiled. This year my birthday fell over Labor Day weekend so Nate surprised me with a getaway to Park City. The two of us escaped on Friday night and then my parents and kiddos joined us on Saturday. It was so relaxing! The first game did not disappoint. Here's to a great season!

Sunday, October 23, 2011. First Day of School 2011. Summer flew by in it's usual fashion. While I was sad to see it end, I was also ready for school to start. Liv was more anxious this year to find out who her teacher was. She was relieved to discover that she was in the same class as Savannah, Lauren, and Davis. Her teacher is Mrs. Walsh.
