The heart and soul of a family is found in their memories! Sunday, August 26, 2012. I've been conducting our ward choir for over a year now. It's a fun gig. In the last year, our numbers have been slowly getting bigger. So much so, that we recently had to move practice locations because we didn't have enough good places for people to sit. Today, we hit a record high. 31 people! It was so AWESOME! They sound fabulous, and I'm excited for our next time to sing in sacrament meeting. Tuesday, August 14, 2012.

August 8, 2010. 3 Balls, A Retired Jersey, and the Flag Lady. Last night Spencer and I went to the D-Backs games. It just so happened that it was the night they retired Luis Gonzalez's jersey. After some fun during batting practice, we went to Friday's for dinner. Just as we were finishing up, they started the jersey retirement ceremony. We went out on the Friday's balcony to watch. Here's a picture of Spencer, seconds after they revealed Gonzalez's number 20 (it's just above Spencer's right shoulder).
