Sixth Grade Science News. Friday, January 25, 2013. Urbas - Science Week of Jan 25 - 31. Pictured to the left is a tower that is an Earthquake Simulator. Students next week in Science will be working to construct a tower of their own to try and withstand an earthquake. The towers will be constructed over a period of a week and let's hope they aren't. I had to down play my excitement though, because my son is not a happy camper right now. I empathize; I have had many years of the ole standardized testing under my belt. It is not fun!
