Friday, September 16, 2016. On Tuesday evening, it was walk to the old quarter to find some more pintxo bars. There were many to choose from. We followed this up with a stroll around the Guggenheim. The river and building looked good with lights. The flower dog was not quite so bright, but still managed some snaps. A drive to the coastal region was the order of the day for Wednesday. That's where we are headed. The toilet at the top was worth a photo. Definitely a long drop! A view of the walk back.

Sunday, September 4, 2016. Farewell Loire Valley, Hello Paris. It is Saturday and farewell to the Loire Valley and our barge crew. All packed and waiting for the bus to return us to Paris. While waiting, we wandered to the 7 locks of Rogny. Built in the 1600s and used for 250 years, 7 locks, quite small, but were able to move boats from quite a height.
