I have really big expectation for this year, hopefully I will accomplish at least some of all of my dreams. 2014 is also the year where I am moving back to Denmark. This blog is about my weight loss! Friday, January 31, 2014. My last post was so depressing! Things just wasn't coming my way but thank god things changed. We got power and water back Sunday night, which was the beginning of a fresh weight loss start. I feel like we have been on a diet for so long but the true is that my weight has been stable between 109-110.5kg ever since October. This blog is about my weight loss! Thursday, December 27, 2012. Christmas is finally over. For the past 6 days I have been eating like a pig! I am so embarrassed of myself, I completely lost control. My diet has been full of sugar, white flour, butter, cream, pasta and bacon. I fell disgusted about myself and my stomach fells like it just want to kill me! This blog is about my weight loss! Sunday, September 29, 2013. It has been 2 weeks on my new weight loss journey! Things has been going well I had one down day last Monday where I ended up eating some ice cream! Worse thing was that it didn't even taste good! On the good side I got back on track right away and stayed on track for the rest of the week! This week I lost 800 grams again. This bring me to a total loss of 1.6 kg doing the first 2 weeks! This blog is about my weight loss! Wednesday, January 15, 2014. The past week has been so much fun! Though not for the diet so I am really surprised and happy about the result! I have lost ½ kg. That even though I ate like crazy :) Saturday night we went out for Burger, onion rings, cheese fries and beer! It was a really nice night but had nothing to do with the diet :) I even got roses :). OH yes we ate it all :). Monday night we decided to go out for ice cream after dinner! Sound sooo freaking good!

This blog is about my weight loss! Sunday, May 5, 2013. Long time to see. Life goes up and down! Looking back on the past 6 months I have been taking a huge step backward in life! Nothing to be proud about but the truth is that I have gained not just a little but a lot. Month by month. It is with tears in my eyes that I this morning realized that I not just gained 5kg but a total of 12 kg! I have lost the kg before and I can for sure do it again. Today I walked around 6km. :).
