Dinner by Seven Thirty: Chicken with Whiskey Mushroom Sauce
http://dinnerby730.blogspot.com/2011/06/chicken-with-whiskey-mushroom-sauce.html
Monday, June 20, 2011. Chicken with Whiskey Mushroom Sauce. First, have you ever tried boneless skinless chicken thighs? They are so good! Full of flavor and just as versatile as the chicken breast. Ok so I was never a big fan of the chicken breast in the first pace. You see, I love a little fat on my meat which breasts just doesn't offer. Now having boneless skinless chicken thigh as an alternative I may now for good steer clear of the breast. Caught my eye. It looked so good! 1/2 onion, sliced. 2 While...

For dry skin, use one part castor oil to three parts Olive oil. 2) Wet...

Dinner by Seven Thirty: My First Dream
http://dinnerby730.blogspot.com/2012/02/my-first-dream.html
Thursday, February 2, 2012. I blinked and came the new year. I blinked again and it's February! Time, why do you sneak up on me? Meanwhile, nothing much has changed around here. Not much accomplishments since the beginning of the year. or the last ten years it seems. What the heck did I do with my time? I look at my daughter and think, where has my baby girl gone? Really, nothing can make you more aware of how quick time flies than a growing child. How much stuff do I own? Parenthood is no joke. It t...

Dinner by Seven Thirty: Bacon-Wrapped Pork Tenderloin with Gravy
http://dinnerby730.blogspot.com/2012/03/bacon-wrapped-pork-tenderloin-with.html
Friday, March 2, 2012. Bacon-Wrapped Pork Tenderloin with Gravy. So I experimented on wrapping it with bacon. Not only does it add flavor to the meat but it also keeps it moist. Think about that bacon fat dripping on the roast for a moment. Convinced? Then because I was a little skeptical that it might come out dry I made gravy out of the pan juices. It wasn't necessary but it did kick it up a notch. In fact, when I had the left overs for lunch the next day I found out it was soooo good with rice! Pat dr...

http://dinnerby730.blogspot.com/2013/05/my-little-flower.html
Wednesday, May 15, 2013. And I tell her that no matter how big she gets, she'll always be my baby. She is blooming very well too which makes me a very proud mom. Her passion for art has filled our walls with beautiful drawings and my desk with kind notes. There are days that we run out of energy keeping up with her, but we try to soak it all up and savor each moment. Also, I try to take big bites of her baby cheeks while I can.
