I was searching for a good stir fry recipe yesterday and stumbled upon a recipe that called for tofu shiritaki noodles. I’d never heard of them before but researching them, I definitely thought they were intriguing. We were not disappointed! Based on Spicy Shiritaki Noodles. 7 Tbs reduced-sodium soy sauce. 5 Tbs lime juice. 2 Tbs light brown sugar.

I had a bunch of leftover parsnips and wasn’t sure what to do with them when I stumbled onto this post yesterday morning. I figured it was worth a shot and followed the recipe to the letter – it was incredible!
