Thursday, July 24, 2014. MN 2014 - Week 4 (Rest). Mon- Jon spent the day golfing so Gaga, Papa, Kathy, Lilly, the kids and I took the pontoon out for a swim. It was Jace's first time being in the water (other than wading in the shallows). The first time he said "cold, cold" and got out right away. Smart boy! Thursday, June 26, 2014. MN 2014 - Week 2. Another week bites the dust. Wed- Rylee had bible school so Jace and I went to story hour at the library, then my parents watched the kids so I could have coffee uptown with Chelsie, and Rylee started her dance and gymnastics classes (two classes back to back this year). Thursday, April 23, 2015. After breakfast, the kids played outside with their new sidewalk paint. You can see a couple of Js and an E that Jace painted by his feet. He's such a love. I wish I had time to tell some Jace stories! Then the kids put on their new swim suits. And new coverup for Rylee). Saturday, May 9, 2015. Jace and the Neverland Pirates. I can't believe my baby boy is turning 3 on Monday! Or should I say "free! I decided to lift my ban on house parties and allow a very small pool party (Jace has recently become addicted to swimming). The first thing he said to me this morning was "it's my birthday party! Tuesday, October 28, 2014. Rylee Firsts - Part 2. A couple weekends ago, Rylee crashed a birthday party (the sister of one of her K friends) and got to go ice skating for her very first time! Her cousin, Maddie, is a beautiful figure skater so Rylee has been wanting to go for some time. Unfortunately, neither Jon nor I skate so I guess we didn't make it a priority. :). She did great for her first time (mostly skated with the cheater thing), but hey she's already surpassed my skills! Links to this post.

Monday, December 8, 2014. On Saturday, we had Christmas with my parents. This was the first present Rylee opened (a Skye from Paw Patrol). She was ecstatic, but Jace immediately started to cry. Little did he know but the present he was holding was a different Skye. The funny thing is after Jace opened his Skye, the two of them decided to trade. Kids! Sunday, May 25, 2014. Mother's Day/ Jace's Birthday. Jace, Gaga and I had to share our special days this year. It was three times the fun! Jace got a Thomas balloon and more birthday presents. Monday, April 20, 2015. I've been meaning to blog since Spring Break. hmmm. was that last month? We had a lovely week off. We had some fun playdates, a birthday party, but mostly we swam. Rylee's wish was to swim in the pool every day of Spring Break - she made it 9 of the 10 days if I remember correctly! Jace loves the water so he was happy to spend his days in the pool too.
