Small model railways: August 2011
http://smallmodelrailwaylayouts.blogspot.com/2011_08_01_archive.html
Tuesday, August 30, 2011. Yes indeed, this post has been a long time coming for a couple of reasons:. Research. I wanted to make sure I've got my facts straight. I didn't want to unduly offend any of my readers who are modular model railroaders. Believe me, some earlier incarnations of this post were quite offensive. So here we go. I wouldn't say I hate modular layouts but there are certain things that every time I see a layout really annoy me. So in no particular order they are:. Come on here. In th...

4mm scale agonies: December 2009
http://4mmscaleagonies.blogspot.com/2009_12_01_archive.html
The trials and tribulations of building a 4mm scale model railway layout. Thursday, December 31, 2009. With the old year drawing to a close and a new one appearing over the horizon, it is customary to offer up some sort of resolution. Something to do in the new year. So I might as well jump on the bandwagon, even though it is probably very full with well meaning overweight, unfit, smokers etc: and offer up something. Monday, December 28, 2009. Take a read of it and tell me if you think that if a British ...

4mm scale agonies: It's time...
http://4mmscaleagonies.blogspot.com/2010/05/its-time.html
The trials and tribulations of building a 4mm scale model railway layout. Friday, May 7, 2010. To do something. Don't you think? It's not that I haven't been busy railway modelling. I took my H0 scale layout. To a local show and was very well received. I've been dabbling in T scale still. On top of that I bought myself a new camera. While I was working on some T scale stuff I became aware of the UK outline kits and bits that are being produced in T scale including a Deltic. My T gauge blog. Trainspotter-...

4mm scale agonies: October 2009
http://4mmscaleagonies.blogspot.com/2009_10_01_archive.html
The trials and tribulations of building a 4mm scale model railway layout. Wednesday, October 21, 2009. No news is not bad news. I feel the pages of this blog are long overdue for and update. So what has happenned in the last month to this layout? Well not a lot really. I'm encouraged to see that Ultrascale charged my credit card for the Class 08 conversion unit I ordered a few months ago. Perhaps that will be here soon and I can get a locomotive running that would really fire things up. My T gauge blog.

More T Please: Back in the saddle (more from the t elevator)
http://more-t-please.blogspot.com/2010/04/back-in-saddle-more-from-t-elevator.html
Sunday, April 25, 2010. Back in the saddle (more from the t elevator). Well, I'm back! I've spent the last few weeks preparing my HO scale layout for a train show. As well as buying myself a new camera. But to be honest my model railroading heart was elsewhere. I would have rather been T scaling. So I did manage to sneak a few minutes here and there over the past few weeks to get something done to the elevator and here it is. Spraying is much better than brush painting don't you think? My fascination with Great Lakes Ore Docks and how to model them. or not, as the case may be. Friday, October 16, 2009. The last use of the dreadful pun. Awe-docker" I thought it was fun to start with when I was getting things established here behind the scenes "Tiny Taconite Trains", my other choice was too much of a mouthful. Any how I'm sure most folks will groan at the dreadful pun but what the heck. The last use of the pun is here. Http:/ www.flickr.com/photos/awe-docker/. Seven day model railroad.
