Eloise's English Blog =)

Eloise's English Blog =). Tuesday, August 7, 2007. Improved Poem by Eloise Verbeek. The young woman was small enough to be a little girl. The girl was a lamp post out of fear of retribution. The boy looked like a crying mass. The approaching punishment loomed. Like a dawning morning. The policeman was a shockingly old man. With much stubble and long grey hair. He drew closer as though by an invisible thread. His gestures were directed at the boy. They clearly said “Go away, you. Are not welcome here!

Eloise's English Blog =). Tuesday, August 7, 2007. Short and Fun Poem by Eloise Verbeek. My daddy said “My little one,”. I looked around for someone else. When there was no one there,. I turned to face and got a scare. He was dressed in clothes. I did not know,. He said “I am going to the snow,”. I knew he was only kidding. I also knew where he was headed. I asked if he was going to the trenches. He said “Yes, and I will be saying my prayers! 8220;In the future, we will go. Posted by Eloise Verbeek.

Michelles blog: May 2009

http://michelleclarke1993.blogspot.com/2009_05_01_archive.html

Thursday, May 21, 2009. Darkness fell and the city comes alive with lights and traffic. Pretty patterns, flashing colours, reflective shapes and sparkling lights like stars is what you see before you. Expansive views, stretching out to the bay with flashing lights on the waters surface. Landmarks featuring, like the arts centre spire, the fairest weal and the MCG. Unknown darkness where the gardens lay. Ant- like cars weaving though the roads and some streets at. Stand still. High raised.

http://michelleclarke1993.blogspot.com/2009/06/holidays.html

Wednesday, June 24, 2009. At the end of term I will see to clime. Envelop opens things to see and do. Freedom we will have in such little time. When holidays commence I will feel new. A long and exhausting term this has been. Exams, city cite have tired me out. Friends and family I hope to have seen. Holidays will be exiting no doubt. But now we must wait till the end of term. Working on the next maths chapter for school. Siting in English being a bookworm. All this and more will be a useful tool.

Tuesday, February 10, 2009. What I learnt at Edventures school and Edventures Aquarena. 8220;You can do it, take your time and tell me when to start counting down” said Jeremy, who was belaying me. I thought to myself I may as well jump if I got this far, so I ignored my fear and negative thoughts and jumped. The bar came in contact with my hands and I felt a real sense of achievement. Good writing Michelle - however, you have not stuck to the task requirements. Read the instructions on my blog - you...

Tuesday, November 3, 2009. Vonny Cooney- diary entry. Bullying people makes me feel powerful; it’s not like that in the class room. I am good at bullying but not reading, I feel hopeless when we are reading. I take really long just to read a sentence and I can see the frustration and disapproval on everyone’s faces. They don’t know how it is. Everyone has given up on me so why shouldn’t I do the same? Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Vonny Cooney- diary entry. View my complete profile.

Saturday, October 27, 2007. People that are prejudiced can be bullies, racists and bigots. The victims can be anyone: people with disabilities physically and mentally, people who are dumb, people who are smart, people who are short, people who are tall, people who are older, people who are younger, people who are basically the same as you. These people may feel alienated because they are different to the abuser. It makes them feel lonely and scared for your safety and of what people will think of you.
