Finally got to cooking/baking after quite a while! It wasn't laziness on my part, rather a momentary lapse of creativity, a moment that lasted over a month. A few of us chipped in to help him, and I volunteered to bake cookies. So it finally gave me a chance to get back into the flow of things cooking wise. 35 cups all purpose flour.

We had been to a general Mediterranean store to pick up some traditional spices and supplies. There I got the idea of making. Or Greek Spinach Pie. Final result was just a burst of flavors with every bite reminding one of the presence of each ingredient. We have been enjoying this pie for the last few days now :-). 2 bunches spinach (about 310 gms cooked).

It has been a long while since I have gone near the kitchen area with the intention of cooking for the blog. Hence there haven’t been any posts. I got the opportunity yesterday to do some cooking while my wife and daughter were busy watching TV and I had the kitchen to myself. Tranquility! 1 lb stew vegetables.
