Out Of The Mill: For Those Who Still Care
http://outofthemill.blogspot.com/2008/05/for-those-who-still-care.html
Out Of The Mill. Just another kid who collected cards in the late 80s and early 90s. Tuesday, May 13, 2008. For Those Who Still Care. I've not gone away. Real life has just been consuming any time I might have to write real articles here. Hopefully things will be less hectic sooner rather than later and I can get back to organizing that trading night. I can sympathize. Real life has been intruding on my site as well. May 13, 2008 at 2:45 PM. May 16, 2008 at 3:27 PM. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Out Of The Mill. Just another kid who collected cards in the late 80s and early 90s. Monday, March 31, 2008. My Productive Birthday and A Question About Mail. Well, yesterday it was my birthday. I hung one more year on the line. Okay, yesterday was really my birthday and all week I was looking forward to getting up nice n' early (something I rarely do on Sundays) to head out to the old flea market and then off to my parents for a nice home-cooked birthday meal. Tuesday, March 25, 2008. I'm just taking a ...

Orioles Card "O" the Day: Jeffrey Hammonds, 1998 Collector's Choice #313
http://oriolescards.blogspot.com/2015/08/jeffrey-hammonds-1998-collectors-choice.html
Orioles Card "O" the Day. An intersection of two of my passions: baseball cards and the Baltimore Orioles. Updated daily? Tuesday, August 11, 2015. Jeffrey Hammonds, 1998 Collector's Choice #313. A few thoughts about this card:. It's always interesting to see card photos from 1997 featuring the "24" decal on the Orioles' helmets. Of course, that was a sign of support for outfielder Eric Davis, who was battling colon cancer during that season. This could be one of two games: June 30, 1997. Or July 2, 1997.

Wednesday, March 12, 2008. And so it begins. This got me thinking about what I hope can be a fun concept. I, along with everyone else, have a bunch of players of which I am a fan. I also have a ton of cards of players and teams about whom I am indifferent. So, why not try to find other fans and swing some deals? Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Mail to: RGreer2929@aol.com. Darryl Strawberry Fields: May 2009
http://darrylstrawberryfields.blogspot.com/2009_05_01_archive.html
I'd have a very valuable collection if my collection had any value. Tuesday, May 26, 2009. 1987 Donruss Diamond Kings #4. It's the end of a decade at Darryl Strawberry Fields. I suppose there may be a few oddball issues from '87 left, but they're at the back of album and I don't feel like taking them out to check. Darryl was rightly named a King. Gotta give them credit for the "action" painting in the lower right corner, though - they thought of all the details right down to the stirrups. Like what you'v...

Darryl Strawberry Fields: 1988 Donruss (Orange border) #182
http://darrylstrawberryfields.blogspot.com/2009/12/1988-donruss-orange-border-182.html
I'd have a very valuable collection if my collection had any value. Tuesday, December 8, 2009. 1988 Donruss (Orange border) #182. I told ya we were done with the blue, but I bet you weren't anticipating the exact same thing except orange! Again, no real clue what set this card comes from, but I'm guessing. Opening Day. I base this on the oddball Donruss look-a-like card from 1986 that happened to be from the Opening Day set. I could be wrong, and probably am. Labels: 1988 Donruss Orange border. Got some ...
