90 Days … Forever! Taking Life 90 Days at a Time! March 16, 2013. After doing the metabolic test last week, my feet hurt. It was on the treadmill with a 5.0 incline. Especially the left foot, but I had surgery on. In PT we discovered that it’s not my feet causing the problems, it’s my soleus muscle. Here’s a pic of what it is:. 90 Days … Forever! Taking Life 90 Days at a Time! March 26, 2013. Today was weigh in day. Not impressed by my .6 pound loss. This week my calf has been causing problems with exercising, and that reflected on the scale. On a plus note, saw some friends that i haven’t seen in a while. They noticed the weight loss, which was nice! I can’t tell that much – or at least I can tell I lost a little, not 25.8 pounds. Swim class is in an hour, back work! Posted in Calf Soreness. 90 Days … Forever! Taking Life 90 Days at a Time! April 16, 2013. Crazy how time flies! Only 25 days left of the first 90 Day Challenge. 10,000 steps challenge came and I conquered. 110,945 steps and 47.78 miles in 10 days. I didn’t think I would be able to do it, because of the pain in my feet. I was feeling energized – so I’m signing up for 3 5ks in May. I do the gym 5k on May 7th. 90 Days … Forever! Taking Life 90 Days at a Time! April 6, 2013. Last Thursday was my last visit with my PT. He is leaving to start his own PT business in Lincoln Park/Lakeview area. I see the new guy next week, so we shall see how it goes. Here’s a recap:. 8212; I was on crutches until mid December. 8212; Hubby pushed me in a wheel chair around the mall to do some Christmas shopping. 8212; I had handicap parking until the end of January. 8212; Couldn’t go down stairs one at a time.
