90 pounds in 180 days. Monday, August 17, 2009. Today I got on the scale first thing and weighed 228, so on a positive side, now I only need to lose 88 pounds. I drank my H2Orange and am sitting here hungry. According to the principles of Naturally Slim, that means I am burning fat. So Yeah, hunger!
