Tuesday, October 13, 2009. Is this a good menu? Is this a good menu? I am looking to loose weight and was wondering if this is a good meal plan! Breakfast- tea, low fat yogurt. Lunch- salmon and salade wrap with carrots. Snack- whole grain crackers. Supper- half chick breast, small baked potatoe, salda. And i drink tons of water and work out for at least 20 mins so good or not! It's pretty good. Make sure you're eating enough calories though! Not enough will make your body hold on to what it already has!
